Have a recipe you make for every party? Is your appetizer the hit of every event? Are you constantly asked for your party punch recipe?
If you have a great recipe that you serve at holidays, celebrations or parties, share it with us. We are looking for recipes in these categories: appetizers, entrees, drinks and desserts. To have your recipe be considered for “Party Flavors,” our latest recipe contest, complete the online submission form called “Submit Your Recipes.” Or you can e-mail your submission(s) to cookbook@duluthnews.com, mail them to Cookbook, Duluth News Tribune, 424 W. First St., Duluth MN 55802 or drop them off in the recipe box at Johnson Mertz at 4258 Haines Road. Be sure to include your name, address and phone number. You can send as many recipes as you’d like, but just one recipe per page or e-mail please. A panel of judges will pick the winners and prizes will be awarded. Deadline for recipe entry: Monday, Aug. 31.
Contest Rules
-No purchase is necessary.
-Recipes accepted now through Monday, August 31 at noon.
-Name, address and phone number must be included on recipe submission.
-Multiple entries are accepted.
-People of all ages who reside within 100 miles of Duluth can participate. Employees of Forum Communications Company and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the contest, but may submit recipes.
-Odds of winning depend on the number of recipes received.
-Submission of recipe does not guarantee publication in the Duluth News Tribune Cookbook.
-A winner will be selected in each category by a panel of judges based on taste and creativity.
