Sony Ericsson recently unveiled a range of new mobile devices which offers integrated communications and entertainment services. These devices are said to blend the best in imaging, music, videos and gaming.
The models in the new range – the Satio, Aino and Yari – all come with high-quality cyber-shot technology and superior sound quality.
A comprehensive suite of content, ranging from music and videos to hot playstation titles, can also be enjoyed on the phones, making the user experience truly Entertainment Unlimited.
Hirokazu Ishizuka, Sony Ericsson’s corporate vice-president and head of Asia Pacific region, said providing a powerful line-up of entertainment content, from the latest movies to music and games, is made possible through its strategic partnership with sister companies Sony Pictures and Sony Music as well as other content partners.
“The fusion of Sony Ericsson communications technology and entertainment will deliver the ultimate user experience for consumers in Malaysia,” he added.
Every purchase of a Satio, Aino or Yari phone comes with an entertainment passport, which offers a bundle of fun features including a number of free downloads of music videos, movies and games.
The wide selection of downloadable movie titles include Angels & Demons, Made of Honor, You Don’t Mess with the Zohan and Quarantine, while the music library contains up to 300 music videos, including latest hits from well-known artistes like Kelly Clarkson, Kasabian, Kings of Leon, Britney Spears, Wong Leehom, Rainie Young and Alan Kuo.
Buyers also stand a chance to win an all-expense-paid trip to South Africa to catch the Fifa World Cup 2010.
The phone models were unveiled at an event dubbed Spread the Entertainment showcase party.
It was co-hosted by AXN channel which offered guests a sneak peek of its show Cyril: Simply Magic, of which Sony Ericsson is the main sponsor.
The show, which premieres on Thursday at 9pm on AXN (Astro Channel 701), features French-Japanese illusionist Cyril Takayama, the pioneer of street magic in Japan.
