For the last four days, Haiti has gotten front and center news.

This Caribbean island was ignored for decades as they suffered through political corruption, senseless violence, crime, drugs, AIDS and poverty.
However, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake has incurred much warranted sympathy to these 9 milllion people.
The global community has responded with an outpouring of giving like never before.
But, one person has a problem with that.
Once again, Limbaugh has blurted out the insane. He has used the Haitian tragedy to criticize President Obama and America’s current multicultural acceptance.
On his radio show, the pompous blowhard made these claims about Obama’s motivation for assisting Haiti.
He said that the president is using this disaster to “appear compassionate and humanitarian”. Also, he wanted to gain support among “light-skinned and dark-skinned blacks in the community.”
“We’ve already donated to Haiti. It’s called the U.S. Income Tax.” Limbaugh declared.
His comments have already be harshly condemned by several, renowned political commentators. Pat Buchanan called his statements “deeply insensitive”. Keith Olbermann said that they were “ridiculous and insensitive”. Obama supporters and liberal news agencies bashed Limbaugh for using this tragedy “to advance his own extremist agenda”.
A few sided with the conversative, radio show host. Newshuts said that Limbaugh’s comments “were not put in proper context”. Of course, the same man who made those comments blamed Haiti’s poverty on communism.
Limbaugh has millions of listeners and advertisers paying for time slots on his show. However, those advertisers should be concerned about American consumers getting sick of hearing this “recovering” drug addict speak.
A few years ago, Limbaugh was arrested for receiving illegal prescriptions of painkillers; including oxycotin. He circumvented the law and earned probation, but no jail time. Being rich, white and a celebrity curried him favor.
It’s okay for him to get favor, but not our Commander-in-Chief?
