Sexuality is as mysterious as the depths of the sea. We have only explored a minor part of it and have gained only the peripheral knowledge. A major portion of sexuality, the greatest human pleasure is hidden and unknown for human kind even though human race has been experimenting on it from the very beginning of his existence. All the sexual abnormalities belong to this dark phase of sexuality and of course ‘Exhibitionism’, the abnormal and unnatural sexual act to gain attraction is prominent among such disorders.

Exhibitionism as you know, is the sexual abnormality, which makes a person satisfied or happy when he/she exposes one’s genital or sexual organs to a stranger. Surveys show that most of the affected ones
In exhibitionism exhibitionist may not seek physical contact nor he will attempt to rape but finds self pleasure from the very act exposing oneself.

are males and the victims usually are female adults or children. Exhibitionism falls under the general category of paraphilias, abnormal or unnatural attraction. The act of exhibitionism may include exposing oneself to a stranger or masturbating at the presence of a stranger. In exhibitionism exhibitionist may neither seek physical contact nor he will attempt to rape but finds self pleasure from the very act exposing oneself.

Nowadays you may not see exhibitionists on street or in public places as there are severe laws against sexual harassments in every countries. But you may find number of them in online web cam chat rooms. Chat rooms offer the required privacy at the same time the modern facilities to converse with a person while seeing him/her. Chat rooms have become safe and most-loved corners of exhibitionists. The advantages of exhibitionists using webcam chatrooms are that voyeurs can look but they can’t touch. Because it all happens from the privacy and comfort of your own home, you can show as much or as little of yourself as you feel comfortable with.

It is an alarming fact that exhibitionism is a common behaviour displayed by adolescents. As teenagers feel that they must be the centre of attention to feel popular or accepted they easily turn to exhibitionist behaviors. Teens are always trying to show off whatever they have. Adolescents may try to attract attention through acting foolishly as a ‘class clown’, disrupting others while they are speaking, wearing outrageous clothing that is too revealing or unique in style etc. Teenagers illustrate exhibitionism as a common behaviour during their adolescence. But if anyone goes beyond the limits and barriers defined by the society, he/she needs proper treatment to control and take away the abnormality of exhibitionism.

The healthy relationships between people could be prevented by the acts or exhibitionism as through exhibitionism one goes away from healthy lifestyle and mature social life. Exhibitionism is a behaviour that prevents one from having healthy relationships because it bothers other people. Exhibitionisms could be healthy in a marriage life and could be practiced for fun or sexual arousal among couples or sexual partners. But bringing this irrational, barbarous and anti-social act to the public is justifiable at no point.

Facts say that most of the times exhibitionists are moved by the desire to grab attraction or attention of others by showing off themselves. People regard exhibitionists as those who cannot control their own actions or those who attract negative attention toward themselves because they cannot attract positive attention. Sex is the the most divine and beautiful aspect of male female relationship. But it is not to be enjoyed and experimented in the public. To prevent or get off from this misbehaviour proper convictions are mandatory and if gone beyond self control counseling could be an effective method of treatment

The international world of fashion is abuzz over Canadian designer Mark Fast’s concept of what size model is acceptable on the catwalk.

Fast dared to put his skimpy knits on larger women at this year’s London Fashion Week currently taking place in the British capital.

While his decision to use three size 12 and 14 models to wear his sculpted knitwear designs drew considerable praise, it didn’t sit well with everyone.

One report said it sparked a behind-the-scenes row that ended with Fast’s stylist walking out on his show because of the new look. But the designer has no apologies for making room for regular women with serious curves.

“I think it’s time really,” Fast said in a telephone interview with CBC News. “There’s such beauty out there and it’s unfortunate that it’s only representative in one size … so it’s just a new celebration of all women.”

Model Hayley Morley, who’s a size 12, said widening the catwalk show means more work for her.

“The ripple effect that’s coming out from this is fantastic,” Morley said. “I don’t know exactly how booked I am. I don’t know yet. But it’s great. It’s great for curvy models in general, it’s great for the fashion industry.”

The move also caught the attention of some of the queens of glamour.

“If the girl’s beautiful and she can model, why not?” said model Naomi Campbell.

“What a clever move I thought,” said model Erin O’Connor. “He’s demonstrating literally that what he does works on any woman with any frame.”

While the move to make models look more like real women began in the 1990s, today’s campaigners are beginning to sense change.

“Women take on much more than just information about clothes when they see imagery coming out of London Fashion Week. And I believe that we have begun a small shift,” said Caryn Franklin, co-founder of All Walks Beyond the Catwalk.

Just when you thought you’d seen the last of controversial former Miss California Carrie Prejean – she’s back!

The embattled beauty queen, who caused a furor at this year’s Miss USA pageant for her comments against gay marriage, gave a speech Friday at the “Values Voters Summit 2009″ in Washington, D.C.

She made a plea for civility to the GOP crowd, saying “We obviously have not seen it from the Left.”

“We need to be the example of respect, of tolerance, and just how to be civil, can we do that?,” she said.

Nearing the end of her remarks, Prejean broke into tears as she described the divine path she’s traveled since she was pulled into the political boxing ring.

“Even though I didn’t win the crown that night I know that the Lord has so much of a bigger crown in heaven for me,” she said.

Prejean took first runner-up in the competition, and later said she believed she’d lost out on the top title because of the flap following her response to a question from Perez Hilton on same-sex marriage.

“I never asked to be thrown into politics,” she said Friday, ” … but you know what, I’m proud of the stance that I took and I’m glad that God upheld me for such a time as this.”

The conference was also attended by Republican bigs Mitt Romney, Mike Huckabee and Bill O’Reilly.

GLAMOUR girl Jordan was said to be “hugely relieved” last night after police confirmed they will not be investigating her rape claim.

The model jetted off from Biggin Hill airfield in Kent for some “down time” after officers told her there was nothing more they could do without her naming her alleged attacker.

It’s understood Jordan – real name Katie Price – didn’t want her claim taken any further and even regretted making it.

And last night, a pal said: “She is just enjoying her day off.”

Quiz Jordan claimed on Tuesday she was raped by a “famous celebrity” and we revealed yesterday how the accused is a high-profile Scot.

She blurted out his name off-air while filming her ITV2 reality show, What Katie Did Next.

The Record knows the identity of the man. He denies the sex attack claim and cannot be named for legal reasons.

But the accusation – relating to an apparent incident “years before” her failed marriage to Peter Andre – prompted cops to quiz the mum-of-three at her home in Surrey. Yesterday, police revealed she was unwilling to provide any further details about the alleged attack and there is nothing more for them investigate.

A Surrey force spokesman said: “Based on our inquiries and the lack of substantiated information – particularly around locations and dates of any allegations – we have recorded an incident.

“But due to its very historic nature, we are dependent on Miss Price’s co-operation to formally record a crime and continue any investigation.”

The spokesman added: “Should any new information come to light, it will be diligently investigated and this position may be reviewed.”

Jordan first made the accusation while defending her cagefighter boyfriend Alex Reid over his role in a film where he is said to have shot a rape scene

Australian Miss Universe contender Rachael Finch has revealed she is so obsessed with hygiene she engages in a foot-scrubbing ritual every night before going to bed.

The Townsville beauty was dubbed “clean as can be” during the first official round of judging in the Bahamas yesterday.

“Every night before Australia goes to bed she washes the bottom of her feet,” the host said as Ms Finch took the stage.

“This 21-year-old says she can’t fall asleep otherwise.

“Australia says she really enjoys writing and hopes to one day author a self-help book for girls.”

Ms Finch’s family has travelled to the Bahamas, where the winner is set to be announced on Sunday.

Her father, Steve Finch, said Rachael has what it takes to be Miss Universe.

“She’s down-to-earth, practical, and she does her homework,” Mr Finch told the Herald Sun.

“She’s already got a fairly good tan and we spent a bit of time prior to her leaving going out waterskiing in Townsville, so I think she’s pageant-fit.

Mr Finch said he is also excited to see celebrity pageant owner Donald Trump.

“We do hope to meet him,” Mr Finch said.

“I would say to him ‘you’ve picked a good winner there’ — but only if it’s Rachael.

Charm and positive thinking wins the title for Miss Malaysia/Universe 2009.

OF COURSE, she’s beautiful. To comment on that would simply be pointing out the obvious, given the fact that Joannabelle Ng Li Vun is the newly crowned Miss Malaysia/Universe 2009. However, the most striking thing about Ng is not her beauty nor her unusual name, but her friendly disposition and the curious mix of naiveté and confidence that she exudes, which is both disarming and refreshing.

Right off the bat, she makes it clear that she loves being a model and now, a beauty queen, more than anything.
Malaysian beauty: Being a successful model and beauty queen is a dream come true for Miss Malaysia/Universe 2009 Joannabelle Ng Li Vun.

“I am happy, of course. It’s like a dream come true. I mean, isn’t it every girl’s dream to become a beauty queen? I have photos of myself dressed up really nicely, with red nail polish and lipstick, posing for the camera. I was three years old then! Can you imagine that?” laughs the 20-year-old from Penampang, Sabah, who won RM50,000 and a berth in next month’s Miss Universe pageant in The Bahamas.

She also won two subsidiary titles during the Malaysian pageant – “Audience Favourite” and “Miss Friendship”.

“My mother trained me to sing on stage when I was just three and a year later, I danced the Hawaiian hula at a show. I guess you could say I’ve been preparing for this role (as beauty queen) for a very long time.”

Despite maintaining a positive attitude throughout the competition, the reality of winning took some time to set in. When her name was called out, Ng didn’t respond immediately. “I couldn’t hear what the MC (master of ceremonies) was saying so when they announced my name, I really didn’t know what was going on. It was not like I was putting on an act pretending to be surprised. It was only after someone congratulated me that I realised I had won. Honestly, I went numb for a moment,” recalls the 172.5cm model.

The first people she wanted to share the news with was her family back in Sabah, whom Ng credits for her win. “I could not call my parents straightaway as the pageant finished really late. But when I called my Mum the next morning and told her the news, she screamed and shouted the news to my father! They are really happy and since they live in a really small town, the news travelled very fast. My mum said she was treated like a superstar as all our neighbours came over to see her,” adds Ng.

Her family, she explains, is her biggest source of pride and joy.

“I come from a very simple and poor family. My father is a mechanic and my mother (of Chinese and Indian descent), a housewife. She tends a small chicken farm and vegetable patch outside our home. Sometimes, she sells egg and beef rolls and other foodstuff at the market.

“I am not embarrassed about my family at all. I am really proud of them and where I’m from. Why shouldn’t I be? They are the reason for who I am today. My parents have always encouraged me to fulfill my dreams because they don’t want me to have a hard life and struggle like they did. I love them very much and can’t wait to go back to spend time at home,” says Ng, who has an 18-year-old sister and two younger brothers aged 14 and eight.

The week leading up to the pageant was gruelling. But despite a jam-packed schedule and barely enough sleep, Ng says she enjoyed the time spent with the 17 other finalists.
Ng took to the stage singing and dancing from the age of three in preparation for her present role as beauty queen.

“We were competing with each other but we got along well. They are all beautiful and intelligent, and they too, are winners in my eyes,” exclaims Ng. “And, there were no catfights although some people would like to think there were!” she clarifies.

The contestants had the help of a groomer who made sure the girls looked after themselves and did not over-eat!

“Our groomer Peter Lum was really vigilant. We’d all be sitting around watching TV and he would just observe us. He’d watch what we did and what we ate. Once, I ate a piece of chocolate cake and boy, did I get a scolding! He was very strict but it’s only because he wanted us to look our best. I lost 3kg in just one week.

“It was hard work but it paid off in the end,” she says.

Early start

Ng was just 16 when she participated in her first pageant – the Sabah Top Model Search – five years ago. Though she was the youngest competitor, Ng proved age was no barrier and emerged the winner.

“I was a little intimidated by the other contestants who were all older and more experienced than I was. But I was the tallest and won. That gave me a lot of confidence,” she shares.

After winning the competition, Ng worked as a part-time model in Sabah while completing her secondary education. When she was 18, she signed on with Simones Models in Kuala Lumpur and began her career as a full-time model. Among some of her achievements are becoming a finalist in the Seventeen magazine Cover Girl Search and being one of FHM magazine’s Top 10 Girls Next Door.

It wasn’t all bright lights and fancy clothes though. A year ago, Ng had an accident that left her with second degree burns on her face and neck. “It was really painful and at first, I was really upset. Can you imagine how awful it is for a girl to have burns on her face? I was in the hospital for a couple of weeks and looked like a mummy as my face was all bandaged up.
Looking charming in a puffball hem dress, Ng intends to further her studies once she returns from The Bahamas.

“My family and friends came to see me every day, and helped me to look at the situation positively. I made sure I ate, slept and rested well, and when the doctors took off the bandages they were really surprised that I had healed so well.

“I think my positive attitude helped. Believe it or not, the accident gave me more confidence as I knew I could handle a lot more than I thought I was capable of,” she says.

Ng is a firm believer in the power of positive affirmation. She has read The Secret (by Rhonda Byrne) and watched the movie.

She holds firmly to the belief that positive thoughts can manifest themselves in different ways.

“For this competition, I created a dream vision board where I pasted pictures of past Miss Malaysia and Miss Universe winners and looked at it everyday. As can you see, I won! It works, I tell you. You just have to believe in it,” she says triumphantly.

Despite her win, Ng has no delusions. She realises that she has a lot of work to do before leaving for the Miss Universe pageant.

“I have a lot to learn. I will be representing Malaysia and this is not a responsibility I take lightly.

“My English is not very good, and I need to continue my English lessons so that I can speak fluently and express myself better.

“Also, I am naturally very expressive when I talk, and often use gestures and touch people when I speak to them. I need to learn to control myself and carry myself with poise and elegance.

“But I am not going to go overboard and be pretentious. Although I am taking English classes at the British Council (in Kuala Lumpur), I certainly won’t have a British accent. I am Malaysian so I will speak Manglish, that’s who I am!” states the candid beauty.

Is she nervous about competing with beauties from all over the world?

“Of course, I am but I will try my best. But I’m not going to be too stressed out about it. I’m going to look at it as a chance to meet new people, make new friends and learn new things.”

Ng doesn’t have to look far for a role model. Her aim is to become just like Malaysian top model Amber Chia, also from Sabah.

“She is my role model. She is not just a model, she has become a brand. When you think of modelling in Malaysia, you think of Amber Chia. I hope I can be as successful and make myself ‘a brand’ too,” she says.

“I am confident about myself and the way I look, and like the feeling of being on stage in front of an audience.”

She is, however, realistic enough to know that she needs something to fall back on and plans to enrol in a diploma course once she returns from The Bahamas.

“I could not pursue tertiary education before this because my family couldn’t afford to pay for my education. Even a diploma course costs a lot. Now, with the help of the pageant organisers, I can actually go to college,” says Ng, who plans to either study design or business.

For the moment though, she is focussed on competing. No matter how Ng fares in the Miss Universe pageant, there is little doubt that she will be her charming self and that’s perfectly fine.

Palm will be the first major phonemaker to integrate wireless charging into its products with the release of the Touchstone, an accessory charging pad for the Palm Pre. The move is poised to usher in an era of wireless charging and bring attention to a technology that is ready for takeoff.

Wireless charging has been with us for years – think of electric toothbrushes that rest on chargers with no wires connecting them. The charging happens through magnetic induction.

An alternating current in a coil embedded in a charging pad generates a magnetic field which induces a voltage in the device’s coil, supplying energy to the device’s battery.

The process, which can reach across several inches, is safe for users but sacrifices about 10 to 15 percent of efficiency compared to a wired solution. But for end users, the benefit is easy charging for varied gadgets on one pad without the tangle of wires. The idea is to create wide standardized pads that can charge a handful of devices at one time and be built into homes, offices and other environments.

“The potential for wireless charging is tremendous,” said NPD analyst Ross Rubin. “Virtually any surface could be turned into a charging pad – a whole desk, a conference room or walls. It could really usher in a whole new level of convenience and extension of battery life as products are charged passively.”

Palm’s implementation initially will work with only one device, the Pre. But the system will serve as a lesson for many consumers and electronics companies about the benefits of wireless charging.

Consumers can recharge a Pre by placing it on the Touchstone, a small charger shaped like a puck that holds the device in place with magnets. The device can tell when it’s being charged and will offer a speaker phone option for incoming calls. Pick up the phone and the phone converts it to a regular call.

Scott Eisenstein, vice president of marketing for wireless charger Powermat, said he’s excited by Touchstone, which validates the progress made by Powermat and others in the field. Later this year, the Israel-based company is releasing a range of charging pads that can support up to six devices charging at the same rate.

Users will need to equip their phones, MP3 players and laptops with cases, adhesive discs or dongles that can communicate with the pad and draw power. But when they do, they can enjoy an easy charging process for their devices that does away with proprietary cords.

In the future, homes could be built with embedded pads, letting homeowners put lamps, TVs and other appliances anywhere without regard to sockets. Even electric cars could eventually be recharged in this manner.

“That’s the future, an environment without wires where power is at your finger tips,” Eisenstein said.

To achieve its full potential, early advocates agree that wireless charging will have to be built into gadgets without the need for a case or dongle. A handful of technology companies including Texas Instruments, Sanyo, Phillips and Olympus last year formed the Wireless Power Consortium with the goal of developing a technology standard for magnetic induction, which they hope will convince other device manufacturers to take the plunge. The group hopes to have the standard set later this year with embedded products hitting shelves by next year.

Texas Instruments and Fulton Innovation, are working together to shrink the necessary components for magnetic induction so devicemakers can easily and cheaply include the option for wireless charging in devices.

“If you can get a standard, that enables everything from furniture and infrastructure all the way to handheld devices and beyond,” said Dave Baarman, director of advanced technologies for Fulton Innovation. “There are a lot opportunities for where we charge, how we charge and how we use our devices.”

Menno Treffers, chairman of the Wireless Power Consortium and senior director of standardization at Philips Electronics, said wireless charging also provides environmental benefits. He said consolidating charging for multiple devices on one pad can eliminate the need for separate chargers which often draw standby power when plugged in. A wireless charging pad, however, can be built to enable the flow of electricity only when it recognizes a compatible device.

“It replaces several wall cords and the overall system efficiency goes up,” said Treffers. “You actually save power.”

He said wireless power won’t replace wired chargers anytime soon. But it gives people a convenient option and a glimpse of a much less wired world.

“Right now, we’re always fiddling with wires,” he said. “We want to get rid of that.”

After many years of going around in circles talking to companies such as PSA Peugeot Citroen, Volkswagen and GM, Proton has finally ended up at a familiar place, Mitsubishi Motors. Proton announced to Bursa Malaysia today that it has entered into a product collaboration program with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Japan. The following is the scope of the product collaboration:

* A Development Agreement, to develop a new Vehicle Model for PROTON based on details of work, target specifications, job sharing and time schedule as determined by both parties (”Licensed Product”).
* A Licence Agreement, where MMC grants PROTON a non-exclusive license to use technical assistance and patents solely for the purpose of utilization of technical information for restyling, modification and improvement work, manufacturing of local parts, assembling, selling and after sales services / support of the Licensed Product to be sold under PROTON’s trademark and styling; and
* An Engineering Services Agreement, wherein MMC will provide the work and services for PROTON’s manufacturing of the Licensed Product.

StarBiz revealed today that the Mitsubishi vehicle to be provided to Proton is the new Lancer, which will be used to replace the Waja. A quick check with sources inside Proton revealed that the vehicle would pretty much be a Lancer with only minor changes to the design, even less than what Mitsubishi Taiwan has done to their version of the Lancer.

The Lancer Fortis is shown in the image above, just compare it to the original Lancer (chopped by Theophilus with Proton badges) shown below, it’s a world of a difference! So the good news is our version will likely keep the Lancer’s original aggressive looks.

Proton Lancer
Click for enlarged image

The new Lancer-Waja will likely be priced at a higher price point than the current Waja CPS, but lower than the Perdana. We’ll also get the GEMA series of engines that comes with the Lancer, though it’s not clear at this moment which one. The GEMA engine is available in 1.8, 2.0 and 2.4 liter displacements.

Other proposed areas that Mitsubishi and Proton are in discussions about include the rebadging of the Persona and the 2009 Proton MPV as a Mitsubishi in certain markets and the joint development of an A-segment hatchback (a new Savvy-sized vehicle), but when contacted by this blog, sources in Proton indicated these additional projects are at best only in discussion stages only, and not something confirmed.

In fact, an A-segment hatch may not be such a good area for Proton to venture into right now, given how price sensitive the A-segment market is. Maybe later, if Proton gains enough technical know-how on how to build a car cheaply and once it has enough economies of scale to price it low yet make a sufficient profit.

The only two car manufacturers enjoying success in that market segment are Suzuki and Daihatsu, who are experts in small cars. It’s very hard to profit and with the current condition of Proton’s economies of scale, I doubt Proton could create an A-segment hatch that could have the right features, quality and price to enjoy a decent amount of success whether in Malaysia or overseas.

I doubt even accounting for the potential units sold under the Mitsubishi badge could help out there as Mitsubishi themselves do not have much successful experience in that area.
